As part of your use of the Software, e-BizSoft, Inc. will collect certain information. This information will include certain personally identifiable information that can be used to identify or contact you. Personally-identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, the name of the organization or business you are associated with or on whose behalf you are registering or using the Software, your or your organization’s address, your or your organization’s telephone, your email address, your or your organization’s website, time zone, billing and payment information, credit card information, and the ID and password used to access the Software (collectively hereunder referred to as only “Personal Information”).
e-BizSoft, Inc. may employ different technologies and tools to track and record your activities and usage of the Software. This technology may include code scripts, cookies, tags, or methods to capture interactions with the Software. Cookies are computer files with small amounts of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies may be sent to your browser by the Software and saved on your device’s storage equipment or hardware. You may instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use the Software in whole or in part.
e-BizSoft, Inc. may collect information that your browser sends when you download, install, or use the Software. (“Customer Data”). Customer Data may include but is not limited to your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser’s vendor or maker, browser type, browser version, the sections, webpages, components, functions, menus, links, buttons, or operations of the Software at e-BizSoft Inc.’s discretion. As part of your use of the Software, e-BizSoft, Inc. may record and store all data or information that you enter and/or provide during your interaction with the Software, regardless of the type or design of the interaction or transmission method.
You understand and acknowledge that e-BizSoft, Inc. may use third party services and products, including from or by Payment Processor, that collect, monitor, and analyze Customer Data or Personal Information as part of the Software that you access or use, and hence such third-party services and products may have access to such Personal Information or Customer Data. You understand and acknowledge that e-BizSoft, Inc. may also access third party services and products that already store your Customer Data or Personal Information as part of the Software, and hence e-BizSoft, Inc. may have access to such Personal Information or Customer Data. You expressly grant e-BizSoft, Inc. the unconditional rights and waivers to share your Customer Data or Personal Information with Payment Processor.
e-BizSoft, Inc. collects all information to allow you to use the Software properly, improve the quality of the Software, improve the scope of the Software, and may charge you for your usage of the Software.
e-BizSoft, Inc. reserves the right to modify its privacy and security policies in its reasonable discretion from time to time. e-BizSoft, Inc. occasionally may need to notify all users of the Software (whether they have opted out as described above) of important announcements regarding the operation of the Software using Personal Information. You grant e-BizSoft, Inc. the rights to disclose the fact that you are a paying customer and the edition of the Software that you are using, based on Personal Information, in whole or in part thereof. e-BizSoft, Inc. may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information.
You acknowledge that e-BizSoft, Inc. may modify at its sole discretion the Customer Data and Personal Information that you provide to create new data or information that was not provided by you. e-BizSoft, Inc. may also access identifiable information you have directly provided, or which is indirectly created, to access the Software to assist you with troubleshooting problems, issues, or questions that you present regarding the usage of the Software. e-BizSoft, Inc. will not access your password(s); however, e-BizSoft, Inc. may reset or change your password(s), if needed, in matters related to your security, the security of the Software, or when troubleshooting problems, issues, or questions to assist you.
This Policy is effective as of the date noted and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted in the Software, or through other channels or methods of notification at the discretion of e-BizSoft, Inc. e-BizSoft, Inc. reserves the right to update or change this Policy at any time, in whole or in part, and you should check this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Software after e-BizSoft Inc. posts any modifications to the Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Policy.
